What we do.We host a variety of events as well as benefits for our student members, including access to job opportunities, lecture seminars, professional development events and conferences.
Events hosted by ITE-STEP are open to currently enrolled students at Portland State University. You do not need to be enrolled in an engineering or planning degree program, as transportation is open to any discipline. You just have to be interested in transportation! |
Social EventsWe organize opportunities for Portland State University students who are passionate about transportation to meet. These activities are organized with the goal of engaging in transportation through creative mediums as well, whether through watching a movie or through games.
|
Technical ToursSTEP-ITE takes pride in Oregon's role in leading the nation in transportation innovation. We take PSU students to transit, walking, biking, and ITS facilities where they may find themselves working in the future.
|
BenefitsWe provide a number of benefits to PSU students who choose to become members of our organization. Some of these benefits include support for travel to conferences through funding, business card development, and conference material printing.
